For the people who aren't okay, but look like they are.
We create steady ground.
Online counselling with Isabella Griggs.
You can be quietly falling apart and still be
the most put together person in the room.
At some point, something hard happened. And you just had to keep going.
When you’re good at coping, no one around you knows to ask if you’re okay.
You’ve tried to think your way out of it. But knowing what’s wrong and actually feeling different are two completely seperate things.
The longer you hold it together on the outside, the further away you feel from yourself on the inside.
Feeling safe and functioning in the world are not the same thing. But most people are only ever taught how to do the second one.
I know what it is to have to keep going when everything inside you is asking you to stop.
To look completely fine on the outside while quietly falling apart underneath. That experience didn't just shape who I am, it shaped how I work. Because I'm not interested in strategies that sit on top of pain. I'm interested in what's underneath it, and what it actually takes to shift.
That's what this work is. Not performance. Not pushing through. A space where you can finally catch up with everything you've been carrying.

Steady Ground.
For the people who aren’t okay, but look like they are. We create, steady ground.
For people who went through something that rocked them, and had to keep going anyway.
You've tried a lot of things. But underneath it there's still that feeling.. disconnected, a bit empty, not quite yourself.
This is the work that gets underneath all of that.
Being a teenager right now is a lot. There's who you are at school, who you are online, who you are at home, and somewhere underneath all of that, who you actually are. And figuring that out while keeping up with everything else? That's genuinely hard.
Maybe you're anxious but can't really explain why. Maybe you're comparing yourself to everyone around you and coming up short. Maybe something happened and life just kept moving before you had a chance to process it. Maybe you just feel a bit lost and don't really know who to talk to about it.
This is a space that's entirely yours. No agenda, no pressure, no homework. Just an hour to actually say what's going on, with someone who gets it and won't make it weird.
For parents - if you're watching your teenager struggle and aren't sure where to turn, I'd love to have a conversation. Sessions are flexible, low commitment, and designed to meet young people exactly where they're at.
